Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds after sales because we sell non-tangible, digital products. You, as a customer, are responsible for fully understanding this before purchasing any products on our website. To be clear, we will not be issuing refunds for the reasons listed below. This is not an exhaustive list, and refunds will not be provided unless this policy expressly indicates otherwise. If a refund is not possible, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.

  • When you made your purchase, you assumed you were purchasing a textbook.
  • You believe the substance of the test bank or solution manual is lacking; for example, you wanted short answer questions but the test bank only offered multiple choice questions. One of the reasons we include a sample chapter with every test bank we sell is that it should answer any queries you might have about the contents of the test bank or solution manual.
  •  Your expectations were not met by the test bank or solution manual.
  • You bought the incorrect edition..
  • The compressed file(s) or individual chapter that are stored they cannot be opened. If we establish that the problem was caused by us, we will replace the files or, at our choice, refund your money. Otherwise, you’ll have to make sure you have the appropriate tools to open and read the files on your own. We know, however, that technology is not a precise process, and we are always happy to assist if you run into any difficulties.

If we are unable to replace the incorrect test bank or solution manual with the proper one, we will provide a full or partial refund. If you have any queries or issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
